"And thus he fell and cried out in frustration, the sliver of hope gradually slipping away..."
Something I found myself painting yesterday. I'm sure everyone had times when it seemed like fate itself was against you and all you could feel is frustration because no matter what, your stuck in a dead end. But what is it that makes us go forward? Is it our Belief? Hope? Or pure Stubborness?
Yep, its those two characters of mine again. For now, the guy is nicknamed "Silver" (complicated to explain right now. I hope you're not thinking about the Lone Ranger's horse though XD) while the girl is simply referred to as (the) "Spirit". I already lightened the whole image a bit but it might still appear a bit dark on some monitors. Spirit was meant to look very vague (even more vague originally) because she isnt supposed to be seen all the time. Just like a shadow following Silver around.
Forgive me if i disappoint some people, I know it's something different but thanks for taking a looksie anyways
I love this piece. It's so emotional! Also, props for using a Bible verse. It's just so amazing, I love love love it. Ahh, no words can explain how beautiful it is.
You know what, this sorta reminds me of Zuko from Avatar the Last Airbender. Ehehehe.
